What customers say?

“ This restaurant is located a little south of Shin-Fukushima, down a residential alley. It's a French restaurant, but it also operates as a patisserie on weekends, and today I ordered a cake from there for takeout. "Noguchi-san's Fig and Lemon Cassis Tart" (729 yen) A tart with incredibly fresh figs, lemon jam, and cassis almond cream. The crust is incredibly light, and the balance of cream and fruit is exquisite. The baked goods are "strawberry yogurt" and caramelized almonds, and the almonds were delicious. The balance of bitterness and sweetness from the caramelization was just right. It's perfect for a glass of wine at home. This is a restaurant worth visiting for the food as well. ”

“ This restaurant often uses ingredients that are still rare in Japan, and is always full of wonderful discoveries. They also have a farm in Tottori where they outsource the cultivation of rare vegetables. The fresh fish and meat are carefully selected from areas unique to Western Japan, making it a pleasure to come to Osaka to try them. You can also fully enjoy the true joy of French cuisine, with its complex layering of flavors. ”

“ Tabelog Top 100 Restaurants All-inclusive price was just over 20,000 yen. With this quality, the course meal alone would probably exceed 20,000 yen in Tokyo. A light, full-course meal prepared by a world-renowned chef. Highly recommended for anniversaries and everyday use. ”

“ [For a special occasion.] Fukushima Station is one stop away from Osaka Umeda. We went to a restaurant a six-minute walk south from there. Turned one block behind a wide street, it's in a residential area, nestled somewhere like a hideaway. The restaurant is small but bright and airy. I heard it's run by the world's fourth-ranked chef. The interior is stylish and smart, but somehow it also has a homey feel. Every dish was incredibly creative. The presentation and presentation of the dishes almost felt artistic. But most of all, the flavors were beyond imagination! I was like, "How can that combination really produce this flavor!?" For example, a dish of foie gras and Nara pickles sandwiched between a croissant was incredibly soft and flavorful. I went with someone who is very picky about what they eat, and even though the food contained ingredients that he doesn't like, he was surprised and said, "It's so delicious!" Thank you so much for the meal. It was a very special time that I thoroughly enjoyed. ”

“ Anyway, French cuisine perfect for a special occasion! It would take too long to explain, so I'll just say it: It was fantastic! I savored the happiness of being able to enjoy the pinnacle of French cuisine from a globally acclaimed chef in Nakanoshima (Fukushima) without having to travel the world. He also has such a wonderful personality that I'm humbled. ”

“ Light French cuisine. The hand towels are scented with homemade rose water and fruit. Here's what the course looked like on one day. ◇Caramel Popcorn Corn flan with foam. When mixed together, it really tastes like caramel popcorn and suddenly feels like a movie theater. ◇Flounder Carpaccio Dressing made with Japanese pepper oil. ◇Cuttle Squid The scallion oil sauce has a Chinese feel to it. ◇Ballotine Chicken stuffed with stuffing and rolled into a cylindrical shape. I've seen ones filled with minced meat and foie gras, but this one is filled with bamboo shoots, pickles, and kelp root. But it goes surprisingly well together. ◇Hokkaido New Onion Velouté Smooth potage. ◇Wild Sea Bream from Tottori Prefecture The sauce is white port wine and curry powder. ◇Veal from Brittany Sauce made with Madeira wine and fond de veau. ◇ Sesame tiramisu ◇ Chocolate ganache Two desserts in total! I had a leisurely chat with Chef Nagamine-san, and enjoyed some rare wines. It was a truly enjoyable experience, and I was very satisfied. Even though it was French cuisine, it wasn't heavy on the stomach, and I enjoyed it all the way to the end. ”

“ This is a restaurant in Fukushima where you can eat food from a chef who was once ranked 4th in the world. The food is a fusion of Italian and French cuisine, bringing out the best in the ingredients while the chef's attention to detail in the sauces and seasonings is incredible. I'll say it again: the attention to detail is incredible. The prices are also very reasonable considering the food, and it's a truly enjoyable experience. The meat dishes are dominated by duck, and fish dishes vary depending on the season. Aside from the main dishes, everything is delicious, including caramel popcorn soup and dark beer ice cream. This is one of those restaurants I don't want to tell anyone about because I don't like it when it's crowded. ”

“ Christmas Dinner ¥22,000 Starting with an interesting caramel popcorn-flavored espuma, we then had flounder and lobster cabbage rolls in a cute tin. The meat wasn't too greasy and was delicious. ︎ The truffle butter and foie gras on bread was amazing. The stollen made by his wife was also delicious. Apparently, they'll make anything you request! The owner is very talkative. ”
